PROJECT: FITNESS COMPLEX OPERATIONAL AUDIT

JDF was engaged by a commercial and residential owner/operator in New Jersey to assess the operations of a 30,000 SF fitness complex and to provide recommendations for improved performance.

Services provided:

  • Quantitative analysis of membership mix, revenue composition, historical trends, financial statements, service and staff utilizations

PROJECT: RESIDENT AMENITIES RESEARCH

JDF was engaged by a major commercial and residential owner/operator in New York City to research new amenities for its residential portfolio.

Services provided:

  • Developed priorities and amenity categories based on client needs

  • Researched latest trends and providers in resident amenities relevant for client’s portfolio

  • Selected and performed analysis on 23 different amenities, including detailed information on provider, pricing, logistics, cost to client, customization options, contract structure, and key implementation guidelines


PROJECT: MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT AND TRIAL LAUNCH

JDF was engaged to conceptualize, develop, and launch a novel mobile app designed to capture apartment-level reviews by renters.

Services provided:

  • Designed UX/UI components in conjunction with app programmer

  • Created set of apartment review prompts, focusing on experiential elements of renting

  • Performed all beta testing

  • Generated all accompanying content and documentation, including terms of use and original blog posts

  • Successfully launched on Google Play and the App Store; currently in further development
